QoreInsights, an education technology company based in North Carolina, has recently launched an AI-Enabled Personalized Professional Learning Grant for Rural Districts. This grant will provide one lucky elementary school with a site-wide license for unlimited use of QoreInsights’ Classroom Education PlanĀ© (CEP) platform during the 2024-2025 school year. Valued at over $10,000, this award includes comprehensive support and professional learning services to ensure the success of the initiative.
The CEP platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to integrate teacher observations, student feedback, and benchmark data, offering personalized professional learning for K-6 teachers with real-time data, insights, and actionable guidance. By taking a targeted approach, the platform aims to enhance reading, math, student engagement, and overall well-being in the classroom.
Dr. Toni Shub, the Founder and CEO of QoreInsights, expressed the company’s mission to promote equity in both teacher and student learning. She stated, “Educators across the nation are seeking high-quality professional development that leads to tangible improvements in student achievement and well-being. CEP meets this demand by using AI-driven decision support to guide teachers toward evidence-based strategies tailored to their specific classroom needs. Moreover, the platform adapts in real-time to address the evolving needs of teachers and students.”
The winning elementary school will be designated as a QoreInsights Partner, granting full CEP licenses to all general education elementary teachers, with complimentary access for administrators and coaches. Teachers will have the opportunity to earn up to 30 job-embedded continuing education hours throughout the year.
Rural school districts with at least one elementary school are encouraged to apply for the AI-Enabled Personalized Professional Learning Grant. Schools that could benefit from a tool designed to amplify teacher and student voice, enhance instructional quality through data-driven Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), and promote evidence-based practices are ideal candidates. Selection will be based on the school’s vision for community involvement and innovative plans to engage the entire school-wide learning community.
To qualify, districts must be located in rural areas with a locale code of 41, 42, or 43 as defined by the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) NCES Locale Lookup. The application process is simple and takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
